Type : saison, a typical speciality of the
province of Hainault.
Alcohol percentage : 6.9vol%
Appearance : straw
yellow and slightly hazy, fine sparkling, strong and
lasting creamy head.
Taste : bitter in the
nose like citrus, dry and sweet bitter in the mouth,
long gradually spreading bitter aftertaste.

Michael Jackson (Great Belgian
Beers): blossomy, geranial and zesty in the aroma;
sweet lemon in the palate; and a pithy, gin-like,
bitterness, with some hopsack dryness, in the long,
lingering finish.
ONDINEKE
Oilsjtersen tripel
Name : the character of Ondineke and the
use of hop out of the region of Aalst convinced the
Town Council to choose this beer as the official
town beer.
Type : tripel
Alcohol percentage : 8.5vol%
Appearance : gold blond
and slightly hazy, strong sparkling, heavy head
Taste : fruity and soft
bitter in the nose, bitter and caramel malt are
balanced in the mouth. Long soft bitter aftertaste.
